Max Eugen Einard von Haken (born March 29, 1863 in Riga, Germany, January 26, 1917 in Niederlößnitz) was a German musician and music teacher.

Haken received a Kapellmeister education at the Royal Music School in Munich, with Josef Gabriel Rheinberger. From September 1890 he worked in Riga. From 1902 he was the conductor of the Dresden Mozart Association.
