Vítor (also Victor) da Conceição Soares is an East Timorian university lecturer and politician. He has a master's degree.
Soares was already assistant professor of the Faculty of Technical Engineering at the Universidade Nasionál Timór Lorosa'e (UNTL). In 2006 he succeeded Inácio Moreira as Dean. He held the office at least until 2010.
From 14 July 2006 to 8 August 2007, Soares was also Vizeminister for Technical and Higher Education under Prime Ministers José Ramos-Horta and Estanislau da Silva.
