Héctor Novick

Héctor Novick Balducci (* 20th century; † 25 June 2012) was an Uruguayan basketball player and sports professional.

Héctor Novick was president of Uruguay's first-ever Montevideo Basketball Club, for whom he was also a basketball player. The venue of the Uruguayan basketball club, the Gimnasio Hector Novick, has also been named since April 2009. Novick was the father of the former El Tanque Sisley president Edgardo Novick and the grandfather of the two professional footballers Marcel Novick (Peñarol) and Hernán Novick (Fénix).
