Alfonsas Vaišvila

Alfonsas Vaišvila (* 1 October 1942 in Zbaras, near Šiluva) is a Lithuanian lawyer, professor of law at the Mykolas-Romer-University.

In 1970, Alfonsas Vaišvila graduated from the University of Vilnius, and in 1976, he was promoted to Philosophy at the same university, after aspiration.

Since 1985, he has been a lecturer. In 2001 Alfonsas Vaišvila habilitated in the field of legal philosophy. He was later awarded the title of professor. Since 2002, Alfonsas Vaišvila has been heading the Chair of Legal Philosophy at the Mykolas-Romer-University.
