Librado Silva García
Librado Silva García was a Mexican politician member of the Partido Revolucionario Institucional. He was Municipal President of Cuauhtémoc (Colima). He was local deputy for the PRI in the XLVII Legislature of the Congress of the State of Colima and in the LI Legislature of the Congress of the State of Colima. He was a leader of the League of Agrarian Communities and Peasant Unions of the State of Colima. He was a senior government official (known today as Secretary of Administration) during the government of Griselda Álvarez. He was, among other things, secretary general of the National Peasant Confederation in Colima, president of the PRI's state committee and coordinator of the Colima Congress, as well as a federal deputy. He currently serves as a notary public in Tecomán.
