Inge Krokann


Inge Krokann (Oppdal, August 19, 1893-Gausdal, September 27, 1962) was a Norwegian writer who won the Dobloug Prize in 1954 and related to the XU movement.

He wrote in Nynorsk using the dialect of Oppdal, and especially on the relations between the man and the nature of his native land. His work has a strong historical sense related to Paganism and Christianity in Norwegian History.

He worked as a teacher most of his life, despite being disabled because of illness from a very young age. Works
