Javed Iqbal (serial killer)




Ernst Lößnitzer (born March 11, 1852 in Dresden, Germany, July 8, 1928) was a German cook and founder of an orderly professional training for cooks.

Ernst Lößnitzer graduated as a cook and kitchen master in Dresden. From 1900 he worked as a teacher at the higher Hotelfachschule in Buchholz - Friedewald near Dresden. This was the first school for hospitality and was founded by the Dresdner Gastwirtsverein in 1876. It became an example for the later specialized vocational training in Germany.

Lößnitzer founded the Dresden cookery sys- tem, which in 1906 appointed him to be the headmaster and later the honorary master.

As the main organizer of the 2nd German Cookery Exhibition in 1909, he helped make this a great success.

His extensive expertise in the field of gastronomy made him accessible to professional young people through numerous specialist books.

The "slogans dictionary" contributed to a better spelling of the menus and menus in the restaurants.
