Quader-Klassifikator

A quader classifier is a simple classification method, where the membership of a class is specified by intervals. Depending on the dimension of the feature space, the classes form lines, rectangles, or cuboids. The interfaces can be specified very simply; however, in the case of higher dimensions, there are often overlaps between the classes, which is one of the disadvantages of classification by means of value ranges. The quader classifier can also be viewed as a special form of a distance classifier.
