Balberith

Balberith is a demon of the Second Order. Before Lucifer's fall he was one of the cherubim of Heaven, and he supported Lucifer when he rebelled against God. Chief secretary and master of ceremonies of Hell. It is the one who is in charge to take note of all the established pacts between the mortals and the demons. It has the title of "Write of Hell". He is among the most powerful princes of hell. It can transmute any metal into gold, see things of the past, present and future, and incite men to blasphemy and murder. In Hebrew mythology, Baalberith is the name of one of the Baals, worshiped in Israel, especially in Shechem, in the days of Abimelech son of Gideon, in which the Israelites made a covenant with Baal to be their God.
