This disease is particularly common in children of developing countries because they are more likely to play in infected water. Other high risk groups include farmers, fishermen and people using infected water in daily activities. This worm relates to the infection group. It is diagnosed by looking for parasite eggs in the person's urine or faeces. It can also be confirmed by searching for antibodies against the disease in the blood. Prevention and treatment
