Albe (wind)

For the homonymous articles, see Albe. This article is a draft about meteorology or climatology and the Pyrenees.

The albe, also called the wind of Spain, is a hot and humid south-west wind blowing in the Roussillon. It descends from the Massif des Albères, mountain range of the eastern end of the Pyrenees. Uncommon and strong enough, it can blow in all seasons.
