Hanno Müller-Kirchenbauer


Hanno Müller-Kirchenbauer (born March 7, 1934 in Gotha, Germany, May 10, 2004) was a German civil engineer for geotechnics.

Müller-Kirchenbauer studied at the Karlsruhe University of Technology, where he graduated in 1959 and was promoted in 1964 (on the mechanics of fluid dynamics and the hydraulic groundbreak). He then went to the Technical University of Berlin, where in 1972 he became a professor of geotechnology. From 1987 he was a professor at the Leibniz University of Hanover. In Berlin, he is the founder of Ingenieurbüro Müller-Kirchenbauer und Partner (MKP).
