Franz Wolf (Manager)

Franz Thomas Alexander Wolf (* May 1953 in Berlin) is a German manager.

It was known by the offshore-leaks affair. Wolf is the director of CTF Holding and numerous other holdings known as offshore leaks. He is the son of Markus Wolf, the head of the Administration of Enlightenment in the Ministry of National Security of the German Democratic Republic.

Through offshore-leaks affair documents, Franz Wolf in Gibraltar managed a complex network of companies for the Alfa Group, founded by Michail Maratowitsch Fridman. According to the documents, numerous offshore companies are involved from the Caribbean to Russia. Wolf is the plenipotentiary of the Crown Finance Foundation in Liechtenstein, which is part of the CTF holding company in Gibraltar (Director Franz Wolf) in numerous other companies, which are under the direction of Franz Wolf. The CTF Holding is said to have invested 60 billion dollars worldwide. Parts of the company's network were unintentionally attracted public attention in November 2002 when the oil tankers Prestige sank in front of the northwest coast of Spain and caused one of the largest oil spills in the world of seafaring on European shores. The tanker had been chartered by the Crown Resources, owned by Alfa Group and CTF Holding. Single-level Edit source text
