El Pozo del Tío Raimundo is an area of Entrevías neighborhood (Puente de Vallecas district), located between the neighborhood of Palomeras and the railway line to Barcelona on one side and Entrevías-San Diego on the other. El Pozo was a shanty town without any kind of service. However, some of its inhabitants, among whom were numerous masons, began to create connections without authorizations to services of "black water".
From 1955, a turning point in this neighborhood occurs when some Jesuits arrive (whose maximum exponent was Jose Maria de Llanos Pastor), who began to agglutinate the inhabitants for the creation of dispensary, cooperative, foundations and schools.
In this neighborhood is the station "El Pozo", which belongs to the C-2 and C-7 lines of Cercanías Madrid. Its opening is after the creation of the commuter lines of the Corridor of Henares, as well as that of Santa Eugenia, since it was built as the neighborhood grew and developed.
