Coat of arms of Stein from Pomerania

Stone, also Stain, Staine, Steen and Steene, is the name of an extinct Pomeranian nobility.

Edit HistoryQual

The old Pomeranian aristocracy was still based around 1618 in Bietegast on the island of RĂ¼gen, in Siegelkow in the Principality of Cammin in Hinterpommern and in Spiegelsdorf near Greifswald in Vorpommern. At the time Bogislaw X lived around 1496 Hennicke v. Stone in Pomerania. His great-grandson, Arend v. Stone on Ziggelow (Siegelkow), suffered from a serious head injury that he had contracted by falling, to consciousness disturbances that caused him to wander around without orientation. He died at Sissow on Ruegen around the middle of the 17th century, and the family tribe escaped with him. Edit your coat of arms code
