Sceptrum et Manus Iustitiae, 'Scepter and Hand of Justice', sometimes also called Sceptrum Imperiale, Stellio or Scettro, is a disused modern constellation created by the French astronomer Augustin Royer with the intention of honoring the King Louis XIV of France. It consisted mainly of the stars that today form Lacerta, the 'Lagartija'. Due to its delicate name was never widely accepted and its stars were soon conformed in Lacerta, that became the official constellation of that part of the sky.

The relationship of Sceptrum et Manus Iustitiae with the later constellation Frederici Honores is uncertain, unless both represent a tribute to different regents.
