Christian Stooß


Christian Stoß (born 17 December 1879 in Vienna, Austria, 28 November 1958 in Bludenz) was an Austrian politician (LB) and a farmer. He was a member of the Vorarlberg parliament from 1923 to 1928. Life and WorkChoose source code

Stooß was born as son of Johann Stoß and his wife Anna Maria Kessler. He married Maria Maier (1885-1952) from Nenzing on 27th April 1908 in Nenzing and was the father of nine children, eight sons and one daughter born between 1909 and 1924.

Stooß was an agricultural farmer and from 1919 to 1923 he was the head of the village of Nenzing. As a member of the Landbund, he was a deputy to the Vorarlberg Landtag from 6 November 1923 to 1 April 1928, where he was a member of the Committee on Agriculture and the Committee on the Painting of the Landtag Session Weblinks Edit sourcetext
