Autopederastia

Self-pity or self-penetration (self-penetration) is a sexual practice in which a man inserts the penis into his own anus, ie, the act of anal sex with oneself, or anal or vaginal sex in the case of hermaphrodites (Intersexuales).

For physical impossibilities, not all men can do it. Ejaculation is not considered possible for some practitioners because of the position and detumescence of the penis when practicing it.
