Mansour Jafari Mamaghani spent the early childhood years in Iran and emigrated with his family to the USA. There he began in 1991 with the recording of his debut album. Ferferehayeh Bi Baad appeared at Caltex Records in August 1994. In this album, Mansour worked with some famous Persian musicians such as Siavash Ghomayshi, Abdi Yamini, Hassan Shamaeizadeh and Manouchehr Cheshmazar. Poetics such as Shahyar Ghanbari, Homayoun Hooshyarnejad and Masoud Fardmanesh were involved. In 1996, he published Tasvir Akhar, followed by Daricheh in 1997 and Ghayegheh Kaghazi in 1998. Out of this, dance club successes were achieved. The greatest successes of this time were Sokooteh Shekasteh and Tasvireh Akhar of Tasvireh Akhar, Jashneh Setarehaa, Daricheh and Aghousheh, and Parandehaaye Bi Vataan, also known as Nazanin, Chashmeh Siat and Yaadeh.

In 1999 Mansour began his collaboration with the composer Brian Wayy and the lyricist Paksima Zakipour and began writing songs. He compiled his fifth album, Faghat Be Khatereh To (Only for You). When the album was officially released in March 2000, it became a major commercial success. In addition to the title song, Eshgheh Atashy, Entezaar and Vaghty Nisti were also known as extracts. Above all, Chashmaan Siah became popular in Afghanistan.

In 1999 the filmmaker Babak Shokrian took the lead role in the film America So Beautiful. The film with Shohreh Aghdashloo was shown at film festivals in Berlin, Marrakech, Gothenburg and Los Angeles and received agreeing criticism.

In 2001, his album Zendegy was released and more albums followed. In memory of the victims of the massive earthquake in Iran on 26 December 2003 in Bam, he wrote the song Eidi Nadaram together with Babak Rouzbeh, which he recorded in the 2004 Farari album. It became a bestseller on the Iranian market this year.
