Franz Xaver Heerdt (born 23 April 1846 in Mainz, Germany, March 6, 1935) was a Hessian politician and a deputy of the Second Chamber of the Grand Duchy of Hesse

Franz Heerdt was the son of the grocer's merchant Martin Heerd and his wife Katharina, born Bergolth. Heerd, who was a Catholic faith, was a grocer's merchant in Mainz and with Maria Ernestine b. Endres is married.
