Vishnu Prabhakar (21 June 1912 - 11 April 2009) was a well-known writer of Hindi who wrote many short stories, novels, plays and travel memoirs. In their works, patriotism, nationalism, and social development are the main values.

Life introduction

Vishnu Prabhakar was born in Meerpur, a village in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. His father Durga Prasad was a religious person and his mother Mahadevi was a well-educated woman who had opposed the curtain practice in his time. His wife's name was Susheela. Vishnu Prabhakar's early education took place in Mirpur. Later, he went to his maternal uncle's house, Hisar, which was then part of the province of Punjab. Because of the poor condition of the house, he could not do the next studies properly and he had to make a government job to run the household. While working as a fourth class employee, he used to get 18 rupees per month, but the meritorious and passionate Vishnu continued his studies and earned the degree of Pragya in Sanskrit and a B.A. degree in English, with the title of Prabhakar and Hindi Bhushan in Hindi. . The philosophy and principles of Mahatma Gandhi have a profound impact on Vishnu Prabhakar. It led to his trend towards the Congress and in the Mahasam of the freedom struggle, he also made an object of his writing, which was constantly struggling for independence. Among the writers of his time, he was a hitchhiker of magarchas like Premchand, Yash Pal, Jainendra and Agnayey, but he had a different identity in the field of composition.

Vishnu Prabhakar wrote the first drama - After the assassination, he worked in the drama troupe in Hisar and in the later days, writing itself became his livelier. After independence, he came to New Delhi and in September 1955 he was appointed as theater director at Aakashwani where he worked till 1957. In 2005, he came to the headlines when he announced the return of Padma Bhushan in protest of the alleged misbehavior in Rashtrapati Bhavan. His initial name was Vishnu Dayal. An editor advised him to keep Prabhakar's nickname. Vishnu Prabhakar enriched Hindi literature with his writing. He drove his writings in all the literature of literature. In 1931, the first story in Hindi Milap, with the publication of Diwali day, started the process of writing, it has been active for eight decades. From the saying of Nathuram Sharma Prem, he was inspired to write the biography of Sharat Chandra Aravada Masih, for which he went to almost all the sources, places of learning, and also learned Bengali, and when this biography was printed, then the literature of Vishnu ji Added Story, novel, drama, one-eyed, memoirs, child literature Despite the abundant literature written in all the genres, the Vaara Messiah became synonymous to their identity. Later on Ardhanarishwar, he would have received the Sahitya Akademi Award, but the Awaara Masih kept his position in the literature separate.

Vishnu Prabhakar expressed his wish to complete his ankle in his will. That's why his funeral was not done, but his body was handed over to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He was admitted to Maharaja Agarsen Hospital from March 23, 2009 due to infection of the chest and urine and pneumonia. They left food and drink since March 20.
