Gülşat Mämmedowa

Gülşat Mämmedowa (* 1964 in Ashgabat) is a Turkmen politician. Edit policytext

Until 2009, she was Deputy Minister for Education and responsible for schools and kindergartens. In July 2009, she became the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan as Muhammetgeldi Annaamanov. Her predecessor had been recalled for a bribe. Mammedova was reprimanded in August 2012 by President Berdimuhamedov for irregularities in examinations for access to higher education.
