Freddy Vargas Castellanos (born October 11, 1982 in Mucuchíes) is a Venezuelan cyclist.
Freddy Vargas won a stage at the Vuelta al Táchira in 2002 and was able to decide the overall evaluation. In the next years until 2012 he won stages of international circuits, including three further sections of the Vuelta al Táchira and two of the Tour de la Guadeloupe.
