The midfielder Emil Stachorra in 1936 with Borussia Dortmund in the at that time first-class Gauliga Westfalen auf. He played for the Dortmunder until 1944 and was able to celebrate the Vizemeschaft with his team in 1938. During the Second World War he played as a war veteran. with August Lenz and August Gottschalk for the VfR Heessen. At Borussia Dortmund he played together with his three younger brothers. After the end of the Second World War, Stachorra went to Arminia Bielefeld, with whom he became a Westphalian champion in 1949 and rose to the first-class Oberliga West. After only one year the Arminia descended into the 2nd Division West and Stachorra left the Arminia with an unknown goal. He completed seven Oberligaspiele and scored no goals.
