Angle of Djian-Annonier
The Djian-Annonier angle is the angle used to measure the plantar vault. Its normal values are between 115º-130º, angles greater than 130º would indicate a flat foot and angles smaller than 115º could be associated with a cavo foot.
The diagnosis of the flat foot or cavus, can not be deduced only by the measurement of radiological angles, since they tend to have high interobserver variability. Angle measurement Dijian-Annonier
Measurement of the Djian-Annonier angle is performed on a lateral x-ray under load and the angle formed by the line connecting the inferior pole of the internal sesamoid bone and the lowest point of the astragaloescafoid joint and line which passes through the latter and the lowest point of the calcaneus.
