The Minority Front (MF) is a South African party. It was founded in November 1993 and claims to represent the interests of all minorities in South Africa. In fact, the MF is a party of the Indian ethnic group, which is mainly located in the province of KwaZulu-Natal in the Durban area. Accordingly, this province is its main leg, while in the other provinces it is completely irrelevant. In addition to minority protection, the party addresses known South African problems such as the spread of AIDS, unemployment, poverty and others. From 2009 until his death in December 2011, Amichand Rajbansi was the chairman of the Minority Front.

In 1999 the MF moved to the South African Parliament for the first time, slightly increasing to 0.35% in 2004, in order to lose one third of its electorate in 2009. Results for national elections Edit source text Weblinks Edit sourcetext
