Svetambara Terapanth

First page of the affirmation written by the monk owner

Svetambara Terapanth is the name of a branch of the Shwetambar Union in Jainism. Its origins are in Vikram Samvat 1817 (1760). It was initiated by Muni Bhokan (Bhikshu Swamy) which was called Acharya Bhikshu in the era. He was originally a member of the local Union Sangh and a disciple of Acharya Raghunath ji.

When Acharya Sant Bhokan ji had boycotted procrastination by being inspired by the spirit of spirituality, then there was no point in establishing a new union in front of him. But to promote the fundamental elements of Jainism and to remove the procrastination in the congregation. In that goal, they remained firm on their way, regardless of their sufferings. He never thought about the naming of the institution, even then the name of the institution was named as 'Theropanti'. The reason for this is the following incident.

Once upon a time in Jodhpur, 13 Shravaks who followed the principles of Acharya Bhikshu were sharing in a shop. From then on, the then Diwan Fateh Singh Ji Sindhi passed, and saw why Shravak is sharing here. They asked the reason. In reply to the Shravaks, our saint Bhikhan ji has left the stations. They say, leaving a house and making a station in the village village is not suitable for the sadhus. We also agree with their ideas. So here are the shares. At the urging of Dewan Ji, he narrated all the details, at that time there was a servant of a servant caste listening to all the events. He immediately took note of the number 13 and said a Doha - If you call on yourself, you should die. Sunjyo ray city ra laka, a teopanti tant

This is the only event that became the cause of the name of the Tirthanti. When Swamiji came to know that our name has fallen into the Torpathi, then he immediately left the posture and greeted God, meaning the word - O God, this is your sect.

We have accepted you as your religion. So your religion is.

Organization

Acharya Sant Bhikhan ji first wrote a memoir to organize the Sadhus institution. In that he wrote that -

(1) All Sages and Sadhus should remain in command of one teacher.

(2) Current presentor should elect the future Acharya.

(3) Do not break any saint discipline.

(4) Dismissal of discipline should be immediately excluded from the union.

(5) None of the saints make different disciples.

(6) The right to initiate the initiation is for the Acharya only.

(7) Where Acharya said, there are Muni Vihar and Chaturmas. Do not do as you wish.

(8) Loyalty towards Acharya, etc.

On the basis of these constraints today, the Tarapanth Shramshan Sangh has been playing a significant part in the philanthropic trends under the leadership of his eleventh teacher, Shri Mahasramanjan, keeping his organization alive for 250 years. Union

At present there are 651 sadh sadhs in the union of thiraptanth union. The burden of running them is presently on the Acharya Shri Mahashram. They determine the places of their viharas, Chaturmas etc. Often monks and sadhians are divided into 3-3 and 5-5 categories. In each class there is a leader determined by the teacher. Each class is called "Singhhada".

These Singhbhadas continue to spread the nonviolence in different parts of India, Rajasthan, Punjab, Gujarat, Saurashtra, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Bharat, Bihar and Bengal etc. Once a year, the Magh Shukla Saptami is gathered in the entire Sangh where the Acharyas are organized and the Acharya prescribes the program throughout the year and till all Chatmars, all the Singhs reach their places. Code of Conduct

According to the theory of the Thapanththi Jain sadhu jain, non-violence, truth, Achyor, Brahmacharya, Apirigrah etc. follow the five Maha Mahatmas.

(1) They do not have recourse, monasteries etc.

(2) They can not have dinner under any circumstances.

(3) They do not consume food, water and medicine they have bought or made for themselves. Pedestrian is his life. Ideology

(1) All creatures in the world want life, no one wants to die, so violence of someone is sin.

(2) Man is the best creature. Therefore, even after killing some other creatures for protection in the social field, it can not be accepted in the religious field because religion does not follow humanism.

(3) Religion is not in rape, it is in the making of heart transplantation.

(4) Dharma can not be bought by money. It is situated in the origins of the soul.

(5) Where there is violence, there can not be religion.

(6) Religion is in renunciation, not in enjoyment.

(7) Humankind of every caste and every class is entitled to do Dharma. There is no difference between race and class in religion.

(8) Qualified men are venerable, not only admissibility.

(9) Dharma is all duty, but not all duties are religion. Because fighting for a soldier can be a duty but not spiritual religion. Dexterity

When the initiation of the initiation or inspiration from the rituals of your birth, when the prayer of initiation to Acharyashree is done, then the rigorous examination of the caste, the knowledge, the hymns, etc are taken. After somebody's exams, five years have passed. The one who passes the exams is conferred only. Initiation is given after thousands of citizens, parents and family members with open oral and written acceptance in which signatures of family and some other special persons. Penance

The Terrapanth Shramana Sangha is also not behind anyone in the area of penance. Diet and one day fasting one day, thus there are many saints and sadhas in the Sangha if there is a lifetime penance.

Purification of five, seven, eight, day is considered as simple. The highest 108 days of penance has been done in the Sangha. In these auspices nothing has been taken except water. After drinking boiled water of boiled chickpea (cauliflower), the penance has been done for four, six, nine months (272 days). education system

Teestrop teaching system also runs on the basis of ancient Gurupandra. There are no Vatican pundits in all the union. The teacher himself educates everyone, and then he educated sadh sadh There are examinations on the basis of this tradition, in which the study of grammar, justice, philosophy, kosh, ausam etc. is done.

Art has also developed with education. The useful tools of sadhya are concluded in an artistic manner, which can be found only by seeing. Skills of handwriting are also very advanced. Today, in this printing-era era, the writing of 80 thousand letters without the specimen of nine inches long and four-inch wide pages, and that too, is a wonderful phenomenon, with a pen degree. Similarly, images, metal-free plastic specs, telescopic instruments, eye glasses, etc. also make their artwork in great art form. Literature

The Terrapanth Shraman Sangh also keeps its position about literature. His Vihar area was mostly in Rajasthan. Therefore, the work of Acharya Shri Tulsi earlier is in the Rajasthani language. During his lifetime, Acharya Shri Bhikhan, the pioneer promoter of Terepanth, has composed 38,000 verses which are today safe from the name of Bhikkugranathtankar. After him, Sri Jaiyyyari, the fourth teacher of the Terapanth, has also produced Vipul Sahitya. His magnitude is between three or three and a half million verses, the biggest of which is his creation - translated into Bhagavatyutra's verse state language. Its shlokratna is about 80,000. This book is considered the largest treatise of the Rajasthani language. In the Tharapanth, Sanskrit was developed during the era of Ashtamacharya Kalugani. In his time, the compilation of Sanskrit grammar, Bhikshushanushashan, small grammar, kalakumudi and many other poetry was composed. In the era of Navam Acharya Shri Tulsi, along with Sanskrit, Hindi also developed at a rapid pace. The acharyashree himself has composed the books of Bhikkuniyarikarnika, Jainsiddhantadipika, Kartavashtichrishika etc. in Sanskrit, and his disciples have also produced many beautiful poetry. Many saints have also given many books to Hindi jagat, in which the fundamental elements of Jain philosophy, history of thorapanth, Vijayayatra, Acharya Shri Tulsi, non-violence and its ideologues, Teerapanth, Nirvrat Darshan, Nirvrat, Bidyadarshan, Acharya Bhikshu and Mahatma Gandhi; Philosophy and science, etc. from the atom to the full. Nowadays, the work of Hindi translation of Jainagamas, editing of Jainamagam dictionaries and original texts of Agam is going on in the proximity of Acharyashree. Teacher of thirapanth
