Juan Navarro Castellanos

On 23 December 1977, Juan Navarro Castellanos received the sacrament of priestly ordination for the diocese of San Juan de los Lagos.

On January 31, 2004, Pope John Paul II appointed him the titular bishop of Caput Cilla and appointed him an auxiliary bishop in Acapulco. The Archbishop of Acapulco, Felipe Aguirre Franco, gave him the bishop's ordination on the 23rd March of that year; Co-conspirators were the Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico, Archbishop Giuseppe Bertello, and the Bishop of San Juan de los Lagos, Javier Navarro Rodríguez.
