Foundation

The foundation of the Federation of University Students is given in the Constituent Congress (July 1 to 4, 1991).

The currents that led the Constituent Congress were Current Majority Student Flow (AEM), Independent Student Current (CEI), Student Collective Expression Front (FECE), Democratic Student Current (CED) and Southern Zone. With these groups a collective presidency was established to define the governing bases of the electoral processes to elect the president and to form an executive committee. Presidents
