Marco Annio Vero César

Marco Annio Vero César (162-169) was one of the sons of Marcus Aurelius and Faustina the Lessor.
He was born in 162 and received the same names as his father. On October 12, 166, at the request of his uncle Lucio Vero, his father granted him the title of Caesar and allowed him to parade in the triumph that commemorated the victories of Lucio Vero in the East.After a tumor was detected behind his ear, he died in 169 at the age of seven at the time of the games dedicated to Jupiter Óptimo Máximo (mid-September ) Nothing else is known about his life.
