Josep Franco

Josep Franco i Martínez (Swedish, 1955) is a writer in the Valencian language. He began his professional career in the world of teaching, but so he can introduce himself to the literary world, to which he gives himself completely. Biography His narrative production, made up of works such as Calidoscopi (1983), Manuscrit de mossén Gerra (1993) and Rapsòdia (1992), is awarded numerous literary awards. Some of his works become authentic bestseller; this is the case of the novel L'ultim roder. Write for both adults and young people and children. It is also dedicated to the translation in different languages.

A hard-nosed Suecano, he carries in his literary baggage the influence of Joan Fuster and the vindication of the use of Valencian in literature itself. Much of his work forms a portrait of his land, the Ribera del Júcar, from which he portrays a whole town with its satirical, ironic and mordant tone. Works
