9 Lives is the third album by rapper AZ and released in 2001. It was produced by Motown. Most of their fans consider it their worst album to date, because they believe the album's production and AZ lyrics were soft and unoriginal. Overall, 9 Lives shows that AZ strives more for a more radio-friendly style to stay productive rather than being expelled from their contract in the same way as in the past.
