So to speak!

So to speak! Remarks on the German language is a radio transmission of the Bavarian Rundfunks (BR). The Sprachwissenschaftlichen Magazin runs on Fridays from 15:20 to 15:30 on Bavaria 2.

The program is devoted to the grammar, syntax and semantics of language. It introduces features - mostly the German - language. Local differences in the dialects (also from Switzerland and Austria) are taken into account as well as language differences in other languages.

Frequently, Werner Müller, who is also known as the voice keeper of the station, is a guest in the studio. With Müller, the "Gymnasiumlehrer for German and Latin", readers' letters are answered to curiosities of the German language. In irregular intervals further guest contributions are sent in the column "Zwischenspeicher". Wiglaf Droste, among others, contributed to the project. Weblinks Edit sourcetext
