Vicente Guallart (Valencia, 1963) is a Spanish architect.

Vicente Guallart was the chief architect of the Barcelona City Council from 2011 to 2015. He was educated at the universities of Valencia and Barcelona, ​​and opened an office in the Catalan capital in 1992.
