Impulsa DTT was the commercial name of the Association for the Implantation and Development of Digital Terrestrial Television in Spain, constituted at the end of 2005 by public and private broadcasters of national and regional scope and the main operator of the network of broadcasting, in order to promote digital terrestrial television (DTT) and the process of transition to DTT in Spain, in direct and permanent collaboration with the State Administration as well as with Public Administrations at the regional and local levels. / p>

In this regard, on June 7, 2006, Impulsa DTT signed the first of several collaboration agreements with the Ministry of Industry Tourism and Commerce with the aim of establishing a framework that would allow the execution of joint or coordinated actions for the momentum of Digital Terrestrial Television in Spain.

In summary, its main objectives were:

Impulsa DTT included in its Portal Impulsa DTT the Observatory of the DTT of Spain Observatory TDT, with the detailed monitoring of different indicators of the progress of the implementation process of DTT in Spain.

Completed to the full satisfaction of the objectives pursued and after the cessation of analogue television broadcasts and the total implementation of DTT throughout the national territory in spring 2010, the members of the association determined their liquidation. >
