Campaign Artillery Battalion No. 1

The Artillery Battalion of Campaign No. 1 is a unit of the Marine Corps Command of the Argentine Navy.

In 1978 he was deployed along with the rest of the Marine Corps on the Picton, New and Lennox Islands in time for the Beagle Conflict.

In 1982 it was again deployed in the South Atlantic conflict, participating in Operation Rosario and occupying positions near Rio Grande and in Felton Stream.

In October 2013, Battalion No. 1 worked together with the Mountain Artillery Group 8 of the Argentine Army, something that did not happen for about 30 years.
