"Take You Home" (hangul: 바래다 줄게) is a song performed by South Korean singer Baekhyun. The song was published on April 14, 2017 by S.M. Entertainment as part of SM Station Season 2.

On March 23, it was revealed that Baekhyun would release a single for the second part of SM Station. On April 5, it was confirmed that the title of the song would be "Take You Home" and that it would be published on 14 April.
