Herbert Johnston (Herbert Arthur „Bert“ Johnston; * 16. April 1902 in Dulwich, London Borough of Southwark; † 5. April 1967 in Harold Wood, London Borough of Havering) war ein britischer Langstreckenläufer.

At the Olympics in Paris in 1924, he finished fourth in the team competition and won silver with the British team. In 1928 he was eighth over 5000 meters at the Olympic Games in Amsterdam.
