The Companhia Estadual de Engenharia de Transportes e Logística (founded in May 2001), known under the acronym CENTRAL, is a Brazilian railway company in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The state company was established with the purpose of continuing the operation of the previous company Flumitrens and to administer and operate the remaining lines of public transport in the Rio de Janeiro area.
