Mexican Anarchist Federation

The Mexican Anarchist Federation (FAM) was founded in 1941 by the Anarchist Federation of the Center along with other organizations and individuals. It carried out its activities with the support of exiled ones of the Spanish Civil War, published the newspaper Regeneration like organ of diffusion of its ideas until approximately the end of the decade of 1970.

The FAM did not have a total radicalism because it did not openly criticize the rulers in turn, it was characterized by praising the figure of Ricardo Flores Magón and having certain attitudes not typical of classical anarchism, including some patriotism, not full acceptance of the role political of the woman and its sympathy by the Mexican liberalism of century XIX.

Through the study of its periodical publication (Regeneration), it is possible to notice its constant economic problem.
