Symington House

Symington House is a villa in Scotland. It is located near the village of Symington in the Council Area South Lanarkshire. In 1971, the building was incorporated into the Scottish monumentalists in the highest category A. Edit source text

The construction of the villa was begun in 1915. The design was designed by the Scottish architect Andrew Noble Prentice. Prentice was the brother of the owner Thomas Prentice. The woodwork was carried out by Glasgower craftsman James Grant. Last year the draft was presented in the trade journal Academy Architecture.

Symington House stands isolated on Schoolhouse Road about one kilometer east of Symington. To the south, the property borders the Clyde. The Landvilla is designed in the Georgian style.
