In the year 1937, the tenth part was released and all the remaining part was freed in 1946.

In 1920 he started the 'Swarajya' weekly. When Mahatma Gandhi started the Non-Cooperation Movement, he became his supporter.

His pen continued on a number of subjects, such as Fine Arts, Justice, Mimamsa, History, Marathas War, Derivation of Shudras etc. He was a supporter of complete independence.
