Maxym Rudenko (Ukrainian Максим Руденко; * October 12, 1979 in Kiev) is a former Ukrainian cyclist.
Maxym Rudenko won a stage at the Giro della Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia in 2003, where he finished third overall in the Ukrainian road cycling championship. Later he drove for Marlux-Wincor Nixdorf as Stagiaire and became there 2004 professional. In his first professional year, he started at the Giro d'Italia, where he was seven times among the top 20 in a stage; best placement was an eighth place.
