Marc Forné i Molné (* 30 December 1946) is an Andorran politician and was the head of government of the dwarf state from 7 December 1994 to 27 May 2005. He is the founder and chairman of the Liberal Party (Partit Liberal d'Andorra) and a professional lawyer.
His political goals were to keep the low taxes and not to allow the budget to be fed into politics. In 2005 he was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order de Isabel la Católica.
In 2005, Albert Pintat Santolària became his successor as a government minister. Chairman of the Government of Andorra
