The Illini Terminal Railroad is an American railway company in Litchfield, Illinois.

The company is a subsidiary of Respondek Railroad. Since November 1, 2011, the Illini Terminal Railroad operates a 2.4-kilometer section of the former Alton Hillsboro Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago and St. Louis Railway. This is an industrial area and a plant of the North American Pipe Corporation in the city of Litchfield. Crossings exist in Litchfield to Norfolk Southern and the BNSF Railway.
