Anna Hedwig "Anni" Schneider (* 19 January 1930 in Hohr; † 28 August 2001 in Homburg) was a German politician (SPD). She was a member of the Landtag of Rhineland-Palatinate from 1980 to 1983. Edit LifeQualtext

Anni Schneider visited the Volksschule until 1940 and then the real school in Höhr-Grenzhausen until 1946. After graduation she completed a ceramics education and worked as a ceramic painter in 1951/52. From 1953 to 1958 she worked as a secretary, first in a hotel, then at an American school in Germany. After that she was a housewife. From 1971 onwards she completed a course for housekeeping, which she completed in 1974 with the master's examination. In 1979 she was also employed as a part-time sports teacher at a Kreuznacher Schule.

Schneider joined the SPD and from 1968 to 1977 belonged to the district and sub-district board of Bad Kreuznach. From 1968 to 1980, she was a member of the District Women's Committee and the District Council of the Social Democratic Women's Working Group (ASF).

From 1969 she was a member of the district council of the district of Bad Kreuznach. It belonged to the Rhineland-Palatinate Landtag from 1 December 1980, when she moved for the departed deputy Günther Leonhart, until 1983. She was a member of the Committee on Petitions in Parliament.

Schneider worked voluntarily in promoting women's sport. From 1975 she was a member of the Women's Committee of the Rhineland Sports Federation, from 1978 onwards she was chairman of the Gymnasium Nahetal, women's assistant in the Sportkreis Bad Kreuznach and a member of the Women's Committee of the Landessportbundes Rheinland-Pfalz.
