Great Latin American Commission


Great Commission Latin America is an association of churches originated in Honduras in the year 1980. His emphasis has been, according to his followers, on fulfilling the last mandate Jesus Christ left in the Gospel of St. Matthew, chapter 28; better known as the Great Mandate. Usually their associated churches are called Great Commission Churches.

Great Commission Latin America has more than 30 churches in several countries in this region. And since its inception it has been being led by Nelson Guerra, a theologian who graduated from the Florida Bible Institute.

Some leaders of this association have been leaders known in their respective countries in the field of Protestant churches. It also has some of the busiest churches in Honduras, and maintains a strong presence of social assistance, manifested in the opening of clinics, schools and social projects.
