Masia de Camps

The House or Farmhouse of Camps, is located in the municipality of Liria, in the region of the Campo del Turia, in the province of Valencia, despite being much closer to the population of Casinos, next to the road that links this locality with the one of Alcublas. It is cataloged as a property of cultural interest, despite not having ministerial annotation, although it does have an identification code: 46.11.147-026. Historical-artistic description

The Masía is formed by a group of buildings, having the main rectangular plant. They emphasize the garitas that had to be in all the corners, but of which only two have been conserved in good conditions. The entire complex is walled, being this construction of masonry factory, and in its interior have been abundant remains of handmade ceramics. Its Islamic foundation can be guessed, but the successive renovations, modifications and restorations have made it lose completely its original features. It belonged to the Charterhouse of Portacoeli until the confiscation. Currently it is dedicated to agricultural uses.
