Sachindra Prasad Bose (Bengali: শচীন্দ্র প্রসাদ বসু) (Death: February 1941) was a freedom fighter and a follower of Mr. Surendranath Banerjee. He was the son-in-law of the liberal leader of Brahma Samaj, Shri Krishna Kumar Mitra.
When he was a fourth year student of Ripon College, Calcutta, on 4 November 1905, he formed a anti-circular society against the circular issued by RW Kail, the then Chief Secretary of the RW Bengal Government. In that circular of Kail, the magistrates and collectors of the Bengal Government were instructed to take very strict steps against the students involved in politics. He said that it became its secretary and Krishna Kumar Mitra became its president.
He made a famous flag called the Calcutta Flag and hoisted it on 7 August 1906 at the Parsi Bagan Chowk (Greer Park) in Calcutta. In 1908, he was arrested and sent to Rawalpindi jail. Later, he worked as editor of a journal called "Business O Commerce".
